My first thought was Black Mage. The fact that you like teaching people new things, are usually nice and also content, reserved, a logical thinker and good at keeping track of things/organizing made me think you're definitely a mage. I went with Black Mage because you are critical, a leader and say you can be rather moody which suits the Black Mages more I think.
