1) List and expand upon your three best traits / strengths. (These should be personality-related, not physical.)
- Assertive! I don’t let myself get pushed around and find myself leader most of the time, hehe.
- Blunt, although, this could be a weakness too. I’ll voice my feelings when needed, and tell you the flat out truth, which people appreciate, LOL.
- Loyal. I’m so loyal, it’s kinda sad. Once I know I can trust you, I’ll protect you and defend you until my death.
2) List and expand upon your three worst traits / weaknesses.
- Hate to say it, but I’m very apathetic. I find it hard to have pity/feelings for people most of the time, even for close/loved ones. I hate this trait about myself, to be honest.
- Pessimistic. I tend to think the worst of situations, and often they will happen since I bring it upon myself, l-lol.
- Procrastinator. I tend to put A LOT of things at the last minute, which then proceeds to bite me in the butt later on L-LOL.
3) Rate yourself on the following traits by putting an 'X' in the box you think fits best. (E.g. if you are slightly more introverted than extroverted, put an 'X' in the second box.) Explain your choice as well.
Introverted [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] [ ] Extroverted
Explain: I like my alone time. I’m constantly out and about all day, so it’s nice to just stay inside and relax. However, I get cabin fever if I’m inside for TOO long (ex., two days in a row, etc.).
Cheerful [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [x] Gloomy
Explain: I try to be happy, but it’s very difficult. However, I’m not gloomy ALL the time. Truth be told, I’m actually a lot of fun to talk to when I’m not in a bad mood.
Leader [x] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] Supportive
Explain: I can easily be supportive, but I prefer to take initiative. Being a leader is what comes best to me.
Confident [ ] [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] Modest
Explain: I’m have enough confidence to get by, I suppose. I won’t go out anf flaunt how great I am, though LOL.
Reserved [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] [ ] Impulsive
Explain: I always need to have a plan. Although, sometimes I’ll go off and do whatever.
Energetic [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] Calm
Explain: I’m generally very calm. I serve as a foil to many people’s energetic/hyper personalities, l-lol.
Feminine [ ] [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] Masculine/Tomboyish
Explain: I tend to act like a boy most of the time, contrary to my looks. But, I’ll never find burping hilarious.
4) Describe how you typically work in teams. Is it generally a good experience, or do you prefer working by yourself? Do you like to lead and make decisions or do you prefer to let others make decisions so that you can do the legwork? You may find it helpful to give an example of a team you worked on recently and how that went.
To be honest, I’m pretty easy-going. If the situation needs it, I’ll be a supporter, and do a damn good job of it. However, I’ve always been more of a leader. I’m good at putting people in the right direction, getting work done and helping others along the way.
5) What interests/hobbies do you have? How do you like to spend your free time?
I LOVE to draw. I draw everyday, that’s how much I love it LOL. I also love to write short stories in my spare time. I’m actually working on a comic right now, which is pretty much the ‘best of both worlds’ (ughmileycyrusihateyou).
6) Describe one to three careers you would find ideal, with a little explanation of why it appeals to you.
Graphic Novel Illustrator/Mangaka/whatever you wanna call it: Ohmygods, I LOVE DRAWING. I love making characters, I love to make stories with them. I love to draw action scenes, love scenes, dramatic scenes, just ugh. Everything about comics make me hnnnng.
Novelist: I would LOVE to write an entire book. I have so many ideas in my head, and they just can’t stay there forever!
Voice actress: Hehe, I love to do fandubs in my spare time. I can act well enough and I can always find an appropriate voice for a particular character.
FF Questions:
7) List one to three favorite Final Fantasy games and why you like them. Sequels/spin-offs/non-numbered/KH/Dissid
First off, Final Fantasy VI is my most favourite game of ALL TIME HNNNNG-. I just love everything about it; the characters, the story, the world, the gameplay, just EVERYTHING. It was so well put together and every character had a back story as well as being important to the overall plot. Plus, Kefka is possibly one of the greatest villains of all time.
Final Fantasy V follows quickly after, for a lot of the same reasons. Come on; a villain who’s a tree that wants to banish EVERYTHING into NOTHING? That’s pretty badass. It was also a pretty light-hearted Final Fantasy; it had so much funny dialogue, especially with Gilgamesh.
Next would probably be Final Fantasy VIII. I don’t care what people say, I think the plot and gameplay was excellent. It was very different *gameplay wise* from my beloved VI&V, but that’s what made it so memorable. Plus, I’m such a sucker for a good love story.
8) List one to three of your favorite Final Fantasy characters and why:
Terra Branford would be the first, definitely. She’s very confused about herself and scared; what is she? Why is she here? I think there’s a little Terra in all of us; a hesitant, scared girl that knows almost nothing of the world outside of our home. But, Terra grows so much throughout the FFVI plot. She gains confidence and answers; she finds love in the most unlikely of places. She believes in herself and her powers to protect the ones she loves.
Rinoa Heartilly. Yes, she can be annoying, but hey, EVERY character can get annoying at one point or another. Rinoa was so cute and playful, I couldn’t help but like her. She grew up so much from Disc one to the end of Disc three. At first she seems naive and stubborn, but she’s also optimistic and kind. She gives everyone a chance, even the anti-social Squall.
Eiko Carol is so cute! Agh, I’m such a sucker for the cute ones... But, I do love Eiko. She seems bratty, but she knows a lot more than she lets off. She even teaches Garnet a thing or two, hehe.
9) One to three characters you relate to (you may reuse answers from #8 if applicable) and why:
Probably most like Celes Chere. She’s a powerful, confident woman, but inside there’s so much doubt in herself. She’s been used by people for her powers, but takes the blows and stands up for what’s right. Even the serious general Celes can have a sense of humour, hehe.
10) The FF game you liked playing least:
Final Fantasy III, purely because leveling up was annoying and even if you leveled up enough, the bosses would still own you LOL.
11) One to three FF characters you dislike and why:
Probably Cloud. I didn’t like him.
At all.
I just couldn’t relate to him as a character; then again, I didn’t like/relate to A LOT of the cast from FFVII. Actually, I didn’t like Yuffie very much, either. She just got on my nerves most of the time.
12) Favorite weapon in a Final Fantasy game (either the name if you liked the name, or a picture if you liked the look of it, or a description if it had awesome stats/abilities):
This is a tough one... I pretty much liked all of Cyan’s swords, because they had such great stats. I also liked Morning Star, purely because it did the same damage from the back-row, lol.
13) Your favorite Final Fantasy summon (e.g. Ifrit, Carbuncle, Bahamut, etc.):
Ohgodz, I really loved Giant Cactuar in VIII LOL. His 1000 needles attack always saved my butt. I also loved Tonberry, not just for his attack, but also for his LVL-UP and LVL-DOWN abilities that helped me get rare items. :’D
14) Your favorite spell/ability/technique that can be learned in a Final Fantasy game (e.g. Esuna, Steal, special finishes/overdrives such as Tifa's Final Heaven limit break, etc.):
Ultima. Its spell sequences look cool in every game, plus it deals a hell of a lot of damage lol.
Quistis’s Laser Eyes always makes me laugh... In a good way.
15) A Final Fantasy mini-game/sidequest you invested entirely too much time into:
Making Gau all pretty to meet his dad. So sad, sobsob.
16) Your favorite Cid:
Maybe VIII? He was so... I don’t even know, but that was my favourite version LOL. Banana Cid from VI was weird, too.
17) Optional: Up to one class you think does not fit you, with reasoning why.
Definitely NOT White Mage material, LOL. I’m a bit too cynical and aggressive to be one.

(I know that seems random, but if one were to take the ability super realistically...). Many Dragoons like their alone time...but I could picture ones like Fang, Cid Highwind, and Freya getting cabin fever if they're inside for too long as well! They're not the most cheerful cast of characters out there...but Dragoons like Fang, Cid, and Freya can be fun to talk to when they're in good moods. I think Dragoons are very similar to Soldiers in their leadership abilities as well: sure, they're great at being supportive, but any one of them are equally capable of leading and taking initiative too (Kain and Kimahri, for example!). The Dragoon characters don't tend to go flaunting around their confidence either, but they seem to have enough of it to get by as well.Your mention of I always need to have a plan. Although, sometimes I’ll go off and do whatever reminds me *a lot* of the Dragoon characters! Fang, Freya, and Kain kind of do wander off sometimes in their respective stories. A majority of the Dragoon characters are very calm as well, and even the females in the Dragoon class are more on the masculine/tomboyish side too. The Dragoons tend to be pretty easy-going when it comes to team work and can easily fit and adapt to whatever role the group needs them to do. :)

Lolz, while I think my sister maybe took the "Jump" ability a bit too realistically in her reasoning...I could see a few of the Dragoon characters falling into more of a procrastination state if there really wasn't something they were one hundred percent invested in. Even the Dragoons that are seen to be more outgoing still value their alone time and have a need for privacy, though they don't begrudge companionship or people they like when they are in socializing moods (I could Dragoons such as Cid, Freya, or Fang perhaps seeking company out once they had been on their own for awhile if they got restless with something akin to "cabin fever" after awhile). While they can be sometimes pessimistic, they probably wouldn't describe themselves as being horribly gloomy and even the more pessimistic characters can appreciate fun or someone trying to enjoy themselves when there isn't pressing matters at hand. They're rather supportive figures in their groups, but they are MORE than capable of taking the reins of leadership--as quite a few of them do have leadership roles even outside of the party (Ricard, Kain, Kimahri, and even Cid Highwind with Rocket Town and the airship crew). Many of them tend to have a lot of confidence without overly flaunting it as well. They can be impulsive at times, but generally seem to be the group members who like to have a plan of action when they can. And they tend to pretty calm as well...I think Cid Highwind is the only real extreme difference in that regard, as the other Dragoons have more laid-back energy levels--especially in team settings. And, like you, they can be pretty laid-back when it comes to group work: they're good at being supportive, but they're just as good at taking charge and leading when necessary. All in all, I think the Dragoons are a really good fit for you! :)
I loved reading your thoughts on FF! Haha, while I rather like FFIII for some reason...I wholeheartedly agree with you: it was insanely hard, even if you leveled up.
And why, lack of save points, WHY?!?XD(no subject)

You very much make me think of Lightning - she's big on action, and actually doing things, but she's also very calm. Not only that, but she has a supporting role (Medic and Ravager, much?), and can be quite... well... uncheerful, haha.

Your self-confidence, assertiveness, loyalty and ability to lead are characteristic of both, but your mention of apathy and procrastination strike me as more Dragoon-like. Additionally, you list Cloud as your least-favorite character, and he is one of the soldiers who most closely resembles a number of your stated tendencies (among which are gloominess, bluntness, and pessimism).
You seem like a free spirit in that you know what you want and follow up on it, but can also be impulsive ("sometimes I’ll go off and do whatever"). You indicate being self-directed and assertive, even if you are a procrastinator, and these combined characteristics lead me to think Dragoon.

Really, the only question here is, do you fit better into Solider or Dragoon? As TJ above mentioned, your desire for alone time (can't argue with that myself) and need to go off and do your own thing aren't so much leadership traits. Since leadership and drive tend to be one of those things I associate with the Soldier class, that strikes that class off.
Dragoon fits you quite well, though. Bluntness is a trait shared by many dragoons (Kimarhi, Fang, Cid) and pessimism is also one of those pretty big dragoon traits (Kain, Fang). So that's my vote!
And like TJ said, you do kinda give me a Cloud-vibe even if you dislike him... *runs*_______________________________

Your positive and negative traits remind me of many dragoon characters, and even if you don't relate with Final Fantasy VII characters, Cid was the first character that popped into my mind while reading your application. You're loyal, blunt, pessimistic, you consider yourself a leader and your generally very calm, traits that I associate with Dragoons.
Neutral
My second thought was Soldier. Leadership and assertiveness are definitely soldier traits, and some can be apathetic or gloomy as well. And you said you relate to Celes, who's kind of a soldier/red mage hybrid.
I can see the Dragoon too, but I think of dragoons as tending to be more closed off and reserved.
So basically I'm going to vote Soldier but I do think you have some Monk in you as well.

You also mentioned you like being alone from time to time but you're not extremely introverted, and you're a leader, generally calm, so I think that Soldier really fits your answers nicely.

You seem the type of person who isn't going to jump into something unless they have to, but once involved, there's little chance of going back. That says Soldier to me, cool and thoughtful and reserved, not someone who is just going to charge into the fray and start smashing heads.
