I think you're a Monk/Thief mix with a bit of Soldier too. The upbeat and energetic classes. :) But yes, I'm going to go with everyone else and say Thief. I actually think your positive and negative traits (with the exception of "pessimistic") fit monks to a T. But thief works well too especially for your leadership answer. I think thieves are probably more natural leaders than monks.
