It was definitely between Soldier and Dragoon, but I definitely see more Dragoon. They tend to be the loyal if blunt sort, and - heck, you chose Jump as one of your favourite techniques, which sort of fits right in. The 'earn your respect' thing is something I tend to associate more with Dragoons than Soldiers, too, as is the difficulty with communication - as a rule, I find Dragoons a bit more aloof.
