Haha I am sorry! I know it's not exactly fun D: We have the same problem with Team Monk. If people will vote a lot today and we will actually get 10-12 votes on each application (or simply 8+ for one job class) we should stamp those in around 24 hours, if not then 48. I really hope Team White Mage & Monk will get some more members soon.
