Personality Questions:

1) List and expand upon your three best traits / strengths. (These should be personality-related, not physical.)
* I'm a fast learner and highly adaptive. I only need to do a little poking before getting a hang of something new and unfamiliar situations don't faze me for very long.

* I'm a good listener, I don't mind if people use me to vent. I find no problem in hearing them out and, if necessary, comforting them.

* I'm open minded and tolerant. If I dislike you it's because you did something wrong and not because of your gender/race/sexuality/life state/whatever

2) List and expand upon your three worst traits / weaknesses.
* I'm impatient. I hate waiting and lagging irritates me

* I tend to have a bit of a quick temper. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's not pretty

* I'm easily discouraged. Critique doesn't affect me much, it's rather being overlooked or ignored that gets to me. Also, if I perform worse than I expected.

3) Rate yourself on the following traits by putting an 'X' in the box you think fits best. (E.g. if you are slightly more introverted than extroverted, put an 'X' in the second box.) Explain your choice as well.

Introverted [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] [ ] Extroverted
Explain:
It depends on the situation and my mood really. Sometimes I'm a real social butterfly, having several conversations at the same time. Other times I just want to be alone and ignore that anyone else exists.

Cheerful [ ] [x] [ ] [ ] [ ] Gloomy
Explain:
I have noticed that whatever life throws at me, I always survive it, so there's no point in me sulking. Although sometimes it's really hard not to.

Reserved [ ] [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] Impulsive
Explain:
If I stop to mull things over, I never get them done.

Energetic [ ] [x] [ ] [ ] [ ] Calm
Explain:
I can be calm if I need to be (eg. in classroom), but generally I prefer to be on the move

Feminine [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] [ ] Masculine/Tomboyish
Explain:
I'm pretty much somewhere in the middle here. I love cooking and flowers and frilly skirts, but at the same time I also like fixing things, have no problem with getting into a fist-fight and I hate make-up with passion.

Grudge-holding [ ] [ ] [ ] [x] [ ] Forgiving
Explain:
What's the point in hating? There is a catch though - I cannot forgive without an apology.

4) Describe how you typically work in teams. Is it generally a good experience, or do you prefer working by yourself? Do you like to lead and make decisions or do you prefer to let others make decisions so that you can do the legwork? You may find it helpful to give an example of a team you worked on recently and how that went.
I can work well both alone and in teams. I prefer working as a co-leader, so I have someone to help me out with decision-making. I'm generally the idea-leader, coming up with what we could do and looking up what we need, leaving the other leader to coordinate the other teammembers.

5) Spider-Man Decision: If you had to choose between saving two dozen innocent children and saving your best friend/significant other/person closest to you, which would you pick and why?
The person close to me. Yeah, it's a cruel decision, but that person would be someone I've emotionally invested into and if I ever was forced into such decision I think my emotions would over-ride everything

6) Your friend has had their feelings hurt and comes to you for consolation. What do you do? Let's say, two days later they come to you again still upset over the same issue. What would you do in that case?
I'd sit down and listen to what they have to say. If they wanted I'd offer help and advice. Two days later I'd do the same. and so forth until the problem gets solved.

7) What interests/hobbies do you have? How do you like to spend your free time?
I'm a bit of a gamer, I enjoy playing all kinds of video games. I also read a lot, especially science fiction and fantasy and i have a special soft spot for alternate history. I used to be into digital art, but after all my friends started to move on, I gave it up as well.

8) Describe one to three careers you would find ideal, with a little explanation of why it appeals to you.
A teacher, it's what I'm studying to become actually. It's one of the most important positions in the society and a real chance to make a difference in the world, helping shape futures and worldviews of children.

FF Questions:

9) List one to three favorite Final Fantasy games and why you like them. Sequels/spin-offs/non-numbered/KH/Dissidia games are okay.
FFVII - you know what they say about first loves. It's what got me into the world of Final Fantasy. I just love (almost) everything about it, the characters, the story, the music, the materia system, etc

FFVI - again, the story, the characters, everything is just great and I love the kinda ethereal quality it seems to have

FFIV - and once again it's the story and characters that have enticed me. It also gets plus points for not having your usual "normal guy turned hero after being oppressed by the evil empire" as a protagonist, but rater a "former bad guy who's had an epiphany", that was refreshing.

10) List one to three of your favorite Final Fantasy characters and why:

Tidus - others can say what they want, but I found him a very complex and tragic hero

Tifa - I empathise a lot with her, plus I love how she's a woman who can beat up her enemies without needing a weapon or magic

Faris - what's not to like about a crossdressing pirate captain?

11) One to three characters you relate to (you may reuse answers from #8 if applicable) and why:

Like I've already mentioned, I empathise a lot with Tifa. I share many personality traits with her, like inability to voice her emotions and tendency to take care of others.

12) The FF game you liked playing least:

I don't really dislike any of them, but if I have to answer, I'd say FFV. I'm not much of a fan of the job system (here, I'd like to note that I haven't played FFIII)

13) One to three FF characters you dislike and why:

Sephiroth - he just irks me, most of the time he seems to be devoid of any actual personality

Steiner - I admit, I'm only half-way through FFIX, but he's just so slow on uptake that I just want to whack him over the head

14) Favorite weapon in a Final Fantasy game (either the name if you liked the name, or a picture if you liked the look of it, or a description if it had awesome stats/abilities):

I don't really pay attention to weapons to be honest, just their stats when I'm upgrading the equipment. Perhaps Rinoa's Blaster Edge, since it's something new and original

15) Your favorite Final Fantasy summon (e.g. Ifrit, Carbuncle, Bahamut, etc.):

I like them all really, but I've been re-playing FFVII recently and in the process I've totally fallen in love with the Choco/Mog summon

16) Your favorite spell/ability/technique that can be learned in a Final Fantasy game (e.g. Esuna, Steal, special finishes/overdrives such as Tifa's Final Heaven limit break, etc.):

I have a soft spot for the Mug skill. There's just something about beating up your enemies and taking their valuables that appeals to me. That said, I'm also rather fond of Cyan's sword skills.

17) A Final Fantasy mini-game/sidequest you invested entirely too much time into:

Triple Triad! I'm pretty sure I spent more time on playing cards than on the actual plot

18) Your favorite Cid:

Cid Highwind. Not that there's anything wrong with the other Cids, but let's face it - this Cid has the most epic theme.

19) Optional: Up to one class you think does not fit you, with reasoning why.

Your tone really makes me think of Soldiers for some reason. You sound quite realistic and down to earth to me, however your traits really do fit Thieves much more. They are much more open-minded, adaptable, tolerant than Soldiers. Most of your x'd answers and explanation really make me think of thieves like Locke for example. You try to deal with things and be cheerful but you realize it's not always possible, you don't hold grudge that much, you're not overly energetic like most thieves in newer FF games. You seem to be also quite supportive which reminds me of them too. You are like Thief/Soldier mix to me.
