Personality Questions:

1) List and expand upon your three best traits / strengths. (These should be personality-related, not physical.)
Strategic: It's not just in video games that I'm a strategic thinker. I always find more efficient ways to do something, especially when on the job. And I often have some good ideas that can help with this. You could call me a "problem solver".

Friendly: Sometimes way too much. I am even nice to bad people. I give everybody a chance, sometimes more than one. I've always felt that people are bad because they probably didn't have any friends or someone nice to them. So I figure if I were to show them some kindness, there's always a chance they may change. Usually not, most of the time they're just never going to. But I figure I'll just try anyway.

Fast learner: I'm a quick study. I can use video games as a good example. I'm usually always ahead of my peers and figure the stuff out quickly (see strategic). This goes well with jobs, because I have to learn new things quickly and efficiently so I know what I'm doing.

2) List and expand upon your three worst traits / weaknesses.
Gullible: I basically fall for every informercial on TV EVER. It goes with me "give people a chance" thing. I know people are scam artists, and I'm not totally clueless. But I usually try to believe everyone and be good-natured. Sometimes it gets the better of me.

Stubborn: Totally stubborn. I never want to be wrong EVER. I will fight with my wife even if I know I'm wrong. Seriously. I guess it's a pride thing, but when I've made my mind up all I ever want is that. I always do what I say I'm going to do, even if people fight me about it.

Impulsive: When I have money I HAVE to spend it. When I see a game I have to have it. I eat impulsively and compulsively. And I like to just do things for fun at random. Spontaneous, maybe. This isn't for everything, but often enough.

3) Rate yourself on the following traits by putting an 'X' in the box you think fits best. (E.g. if you are slightly more introverted than extroverted, put an 'X' in the second box.) Explain your choice as well.

Introverted [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] Extroverted
Explain: I will tell my business to anybody, I like talking to anyone who will listen. Usually I talk so much my wife gets mad.

Cheerful [ ] [X] [ ] [ ] [ ] Gloomy
Explain: I used to be really cheerful, but living on my own and struggling got me down a little bit.

Reserved [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] [ ] Impulsive
Explain: Like I said above, I'm mostly pretty impulsive and don't think much before I do stuff. There are some things, though, that I do think about before going through with it.

Energetic [ ] [ ] [X] [ ] [ ] Calm
Explain: I'm pretty lazy, okay? But once I start stuff I get the energy to finish it. And I also am upbeat at work, which I think this falls into.

Feminine [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] Masculine/Tomboyish
Explain: I'm a guy plain and simple. No offense to women, but I'm all man and there just isn't too much femininity about me.

Grudge-holding [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] Forgiving
Explain: My wife sometimes gets mad because I'm always forgiving people who've done me wrong. An hour's usually the most I'll stay mad at anything.

4) Describe how you typically work in teams. Is it generally a good experience, or do you prefer working by yourself? Do you like to lead and make decisions or do you prefer to let others make decisions so that you can do the legwork? You may find it helpful to give an example of a team you worked on recently and how that went.
I love being in teams. That kind of is my dream for joining the military, to be in a team, you know? I think every part of the team should have a say in any decision, and maybe not even one leader. If there has to be, I don't mind taking the part.

5) Spider-Man Decision: If you had to choose between saving two dozen innocent children and saving your best friend/significant other/person closest to you, which would you pick and why?
I'd save the significant other purely because of love. I don't know those innocent children, and who knows, maybe the parents are pure evil. The point is I don't know them and it's my life that's being affected. If I lost my significant other and I'd be miserable and my life would just dwindle. Sorry, but I would totally not care. (I probably would care. It would probably eat me up inside. I would still make that choice, though.)

6) Your friend has had their feelings hurt and comes to you for consolation. What do you do? Let's say, two days later they come to you again still upset over the same issue. What would you do in that case?
I'd probably try to calm them and give them support and try to help them if it's something small like a job or something. And I'd tell them that like will be okay and continue, etc. After two days, I'd try harder to give them advice. I have lots of different experiences under my belt and could probably say something useful. And if I couldn't fix anything, I'd probably know someone they could go to.

7) What interests/hobbies do you have? How do you like to spend your free time?
Video games, anime, music, and eating.

That's my life.

8) Describe one to three careers you would find ideal, with a little explanation of why it appeals to you.
Astrophysicist. I love everything about space and quantum mechanics and math. Love it all. I've always loved the skies and ever since I went on my first roller coaster I've enjoyed seeing things from above.
Military. I still really want to join. I love guns and teamwork and discipline.
Masseuse. I like working with my hands and massaging has been really rewarding so far. I'd like to pursue it.

FF Questions:

9) List one to three favorite Final Fantasy games and why you like them. Sequels/spin-offs/non-numbered/KH/Dissidia games are okay.
FF7. I think it had the best story line, the best magic system, and the characters. I think they were completely well though-out. Even the side-characters had important parts to that game. It was incredible.

Dirge of Cerberus. What!? I actually like this game! I love Vincent, he's one of my favorites. The game let you know about him and his transformations and his painful past, and I loved loved loved the guns. So customizable. Great story, too.

Crisis Core. I love this game's story, and Zack is my favorite character from all the FFs. The magic system was nice and new and pretty neat. The levelling system was awesome and the characters...I just like that they finally added some first class SOLDIERs. Angeal, Genesis...awesome! As a very very close follow up, I totally loved Last Order, the OAV that goes after Crisis Core.

(Totally a 7 fanboy.)

10) List one to three of your favorite Final Fantasy characters and why:
lol wut.

Zack Fair. Love his attitude, he reminds me mostly of me. Totally. I like his fighting and how caring he is towards other people even if they were bad. I love how strong he gets in such a short period. He had a lot of potential. He's so strong that even his spirit lives on. That gets me.

Balthier. He and Fran make a good pair. The reason I like Balthier...man, his attitude and just the way he thinks proves he's so intelligent and just really well thought-out. He's like a trickster; he doesn't really let people know who he is. Who he is, being ex-judge, he's actually a nice guy. You wouldn't think it at first glance, maybe, but I like guys with good hearts. He's cocky but he knows when to back off. He's a good all-round character. And he likes bunnies. That's good in my book.

Loz. He didn't get much screentime, but I like him for his energy and that he doesn't give up..even when he's dying. He's strong and you know, I like that. Very fast for a big guy, and me being a big guy, yeah, I like that. He's not very smart, but he relates to his brothers well.

11) One to three characters you relate to (you may reuse answers from #8 if applicable) and why:
Yeah. Zack. Mostly. I think my personality matches his well.

12) The FF game you liked playing least:
FF13. Did not like linear. Can't stand it at all. Sorry. It's like they took all the creation out of it. You can't do anything yourself in that game. It's handed to you all, basically.

13) One to three FF characters you dislike and why:
Hope. I freaking hate whiny people. Shut up ya baby. If I heard anything he ever said, I'd probably tell them to get the hell away until they stop whining.

14) Favorite weapon in a Final Fantasy game (either the name if you liked the name, or a picture if you liked the look of it, or a description if it had awesome stats/abilities):
Zodiac Spear. The name was awesome and the look was awesome and also? The strength was awesome!

15) Your favorite Final Fantasy summon (e.g. Ifrit, Carbuncle, Bahamut, etc.):
Diablos. I would summon him just because that summon looked so cool.

16) Your favorite spell/ability/technique that can be learned in a Final Fantasy game (e.g. Esuna, Steal, special finishes/overdrives such as Tifa's Final Heaven limit break, etc.):
Mega flare. FF3 and FFT move! Coolest non-elemental move.

17) A Final Fantasy mini-game/sidequest you invested entirely too much time into:
Uh... FF12 hunts count, right? Because I went crazy with those hunts. I don't really do minigames or side-quests in games.

18) Your favorite Cid:
Uh. Guess I like Cidolfus. He's evil! He's like one of the only evil Cid's. He's extremely powerful and technologically advanced with everything he does and......he has a ghost on his back. >.>

19) Optional: Up to one class you think does not fit you, with reasoning why.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who started off thinking White Mage and then later decided something else fit.

Monk for you! Monks are like a White Mages slightly more outgoing and physically capable cousins after all. They tend to be more brash and outspoken as well. I, personally, also feel like they're more likely to chose the one over the many as well.
